Dr. O'Neill's principal clinical and hospital service responsibilities are in neuroradiology imaging interpretation, consultation, and teaching primarily involving MRI and CT.   His major research interests are in advanced neuroimaging, clinical applications, including functional MRI, perfusion imaging, and diffusion tensor imaging.
